By downloading or using Clear Habits, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Clear Habits. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Description of the App

Clear Habits is a habit tracking and daily planning app providing organisational tools only.

4. No Medical or Professional Advice

Clear Habits is not a medical, therapeutic, or professional service and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.

5. No Guarantees

Clear Habits does not guarantee habit formation, behaviour change, or outcomes. Results depend on user behaviour.

6. Premium Features

Clear Habits may offer optional paid features ("Premium").

  • • Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • • Subscriptions are managed in your store account settings.
  • • Refunds (if any) follow Apple/Google policies.
  • • Pricing and features may change.
  • • Clear Habits does not process payments directly. Store terms also apply, and we are not responsible for store outages or payment processing issues.

7. Your Use of the App

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. You agree not to:

  • • Reverse engineer or tamper with the app
  • • Break laws or infringe rights using the app
  • • Copy, resell, or distribute beyond what stores allow

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or features. Where practical, we'll provide notice of significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses arising from your use or inability to use the app.

10. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Privacy

Habit data is stored locally unless you choose features requiring third-party services (e.g., subscription management). See the Privacy Policy for details.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
