Common support topics

Premium or subscriptions

If Premium is not showing, open the app and use Restore Purchases on the paywall or settings area. Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

App data or reset

You can reset local app data from inside Settings. If you use account sync, deleting your account removes synced app data from our systems.

Accountability circles

Circle members can see limited daily status such as committed, in progress or done. They cannot see private habit titles, miss reasons or insight data.

Challenges and streaks

Challenges reset when a day is missed. Streak Protection applies to your perfect-day streak only and does not cover challenges.
